Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NovoTract Holdings LLC, doing business as NovoTract Consulting ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through novotractconsulting.com and in the course of our consulting services. We do not sell personal information.
1. What we collect
Only what you choose to give us, and the records of your payment:

We never see your full card number. You pay on a secure page provided by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, and your card details go directly to Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the card industry's security standard.
2. What this website collects automatically
This website has no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies. It does not track you, and it has no forms; you contact us by email or phone.
Two things happen on any website and happen here. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the site and sees your network address and browser details in order to protect it from attacks. And our web server keeps an ordinary technical log of requests, which includes your network address, for 14 days, then deletes it.
3. How we use it
To answer you, prepare quotes, deliver the services you buy, take payment and give refunds, keep the accounting and tax records the law requires, and protect against fraud. We do not use it for advertising, we do not send you marketing email unless you ask us to, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives it
- Stripe, Inc., which processes payments. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy.
- Google LLC, which hosts our email through Google Workspace. Emails you send us, and our replies, are kept there and may be stored in the United States or other countries.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, which rents us the server this website runs on, in Helsinki, Finland.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers this website and protects it from attacks.
- Professionals you ask us to work with, such as your title company or attorney, and only when you ask.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose it to, such as in response to a valid court order.
These suppliers may use the information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do so within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep, which we keep only for that purpose and for as long as required. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email [email protected]. You do not have to give a reason, and asking will not affect how we treat you.
7. Security
This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to client information is limited to the people who do the work, payments are handled by Stripe, and we never hold card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and describe material changes here. This is the first version of this policy.
